Check out the After photos! This house was completely transformed by opening up the space, replacing the carpet with new LVP floors throughout the entire house, and adding recessed lighting throughout. We took out 2 walls to open the kitchen space so that it flowed nicely into the family room. We also took out half of a wall in the dining room to create a coffee bar and a nook for a smaller office And a closet! We took out the soffit in the kitchen and replaced the countertops with quartz. We were able to keep the cabinet and change out the hardware. We updated the bathrooms with paint and some reconfigurations. In the hall bathroom we painted the cabinet white and painted the walls a very light blue. In the primary bathroom we took out a vanity sink to open the space up, and we took down the huge mirror! We then created an accent wall with panel board, shelving, and black paint. We were able to reuse the vanity from the bathroom in the bedroom where the old shelf vanity was. The laundry room got a fresh coat of paint with a nice blue accent wall and some open shelving. We replace the standard swing door with a barn door to save space. Lastly the whole house was painted! Exterior was painted an off white and we replaced the Wood panels with new oak wood stained a warm orange color. The interior was painted in Swiss mocha and the ceilings were painted a fresh white. With a budget of only 50k we transformed this house and brought it back to life!
